Agreement to Terms

By using Let's Not ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the App.

 

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Let's Not. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

 

Description of Service

Let's Not allows users to privately indicate they'd prefer to cancel plans. If both parties indicate this for the same plans, both are notified. If only one party does, nothing happens and complete privacy is maintained.

 

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose

  • Harass, abuse, or harm others

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems

  • Use the App to spam or send unsolicited communications

  • Interfere with the App's operation

 

Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your information.

 

Intellectual Property

The App and its content are owned by Let's Not and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission.

 

Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free

  • Plans will be successfully canceled

  • Matches will occur

  • The App will meet your expectations

 

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LET'S NOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Let's Not from any claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

 

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, without notice, for any reason.

 

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, United States.
